Returns & Warranty



First off, we aren't really over the moon about you looking for our repairs policy. We endeavour to make goods which last you a long time and such that you can use everyday. Also a little leather care will go a long way in keeping your Questa young.

WARRANTY: Manufacturing defects, would show within 6 months and in the unlikely event that something breaks within this period, please contact us and we will determine the problem and find the best solution possible. Do not worry about the whole process because it is as simple as mailing us and we will take it from there.

REPAIRS: In case, your Questa is in need of repairs outside warranty, and you can't get yourself to give it up (we totally understand!) then contact us and we will figure out the best solution to revive the goods. We could either suggest a local solution or ask you to send us the product and repair it and send it back to you. The repair and shipping costs would be communicated before we ask you to ship. It can take up to 4-6 weeks after we receive the goods to get them repaired and returned.

To repair goods older than 6 months we may need to use different colour leather, thread and materials.



We hope that this does not happen and we want you to be happy with the Questa that you have bought but in case you would like to return your purchased goods then please contact us immediately and we will authorise a return and e-mail you the return address.

You have up to 7 working days from the delivery date to bring your return to the post (it needs to be postmarked within these 7 days). Receiving unused goods in time and in good condition are crucial to our business.

UNUSED: We can accept your return if the goods are unused and in the original condition with packaging. We never sell used goods and thus, when you purchase from us, we guarantee that we will send you a brand new product. Therefore, goods used even for a day would show and thus, we will not be able to accept the same. Used goods will be returned to you at your expense. We will not be able to give a refund for goods damaged in transit but we will contact you with pictures of the damage in case you want to claim from the shipping service.

EXCHANGE: We can't facilitate direct exchanges, so in case you want a different product then you will need to return your order and place a new one.

REFUND: Once the goods are returned to us in the original and unused condition we will quality check them and process a refund for the goods. Depending on the original payment it may take a few weeks to see the refund on your account. If the return is despatched after 7 working days then store credit will be issued only at our discretion. Shipping and import fees are not refundable.



If you have changed your mind about the order that you have placed then please contact us as soon as possible at We will not be able to cancel the order if it has already been despatched from our facility.
